1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities or actions under your account. Blayhub Customs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

2. Products and Pricing

• Authenticity: We guarantee that all performance parts sold on our platform are genuine and sourced directly from official manufacturers or authorized distributors.
• Pricing Disclaimer: All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
• Availability: Product inventory is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately to arrange a substitute or refund.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Processing: An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.
• Payment Terms: We accept secure payments via Bank Transfer, GCash, and Maya. It is your responsibility to ensure proof of payment is submitted accurately if required. Order statuses will reflect as "Paid" or "Not Paid" in your account dashboard.
• Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation only before the item has been dispatched to the courier. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping Policy

• Coverage: We ship nationwide across the Philippines, including NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Timelines: Delivery times are estimates provided by our partner couriers. Blayhub Customs is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or logistical issues beyond our control.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are factory defective or incorrect upon delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• Timeline: You must report any defects or wrong items within seven (7) days of receiving the package.
• Process: Contact our support team with your Order ID and photo evidence. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Motorcycle tuning and modification carry inherent risks. Blayhub Customs acts solely as a distributor of aftermarket parts. We are not liable for any engine damage, accidents, injuries, or legal violations resulting from the improper installation, misuse, or street-use of race-only performance parts. We highly recommend that all engine internals and brake systems be installed by certified professional mechanics.

7. Intellectual Property

The Blayhub Customs name, logo, website design, and original graphics are the exclusive property of Blayhub Customs and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
