SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes, we do handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions for online orders. Also, ensure that the address indicated on your orders are accurate and you are available to receive the product. Failure to do so, will result in account suspensions and ordering ban for the inconvenience and delivery fee.
As soon as your order is packed and handed to our courier, you can view live tracking updates directly in your Blayhub Profile under "Order History." or through the dedicated page for order status tracking under the footer of our website.
For Metro Manila, expect your parts within 1-3 business days. For provincial orders (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao), delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the courier and weather conditions.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
We offer a strict 3-day return policy for items that are factory defective or incorrect upon arrival. The item must remain uninstalled, unmounted, and in its pristine original packaging. On your order history under the Blayhub Profile, after the order has been completed, you can click a return button and request a return or refund for your product, this will undergo a validation process, and we will check if it is valid and accurate. You can also contact us via the Contact Section for any concerns. Also, we assure you that every product shipped is fully functional and in a good condition before we shipped it.
Our warranty strictly covers factory defects. Any damage caused by improper installation, user error, stripping threads, or custom modifications is entirely void of warranty. We highly recommend having premium parts installed by a certified motorcycle mechanic or go through our physical store for free installation services.
