We offer a strict 3-day return policy for items that are factory defective or incorrect upon arrival. The item must remain uninstalled, unmounted, and in its pristine original packaging. On your order history under the Blayhub Profile, after the order has been completed, you can click a return button and request a return or refund for your product, this will undergo a validation process, and we will check if it is valid and accurate.
